I was told my several shops that Linksys has a more stable connection although Asus has better distant coverage. The X3500 supposedly have better software. Despite being about 15% more expensive, I finally chose X3500 over the N600. BIG mistake. Hi, I have a cisco linksys x3500 with v1.0.01 build 002 firmware. I have searched but i can't seem to find software to update the firmware. Going onto either Linksys.com or cisco.com is fruitless.
